It's NOT a trilogy?? I don't know whether to be excited or disappointed. I really liked the third book of The Lunar Chronicles (preceded by Cinder and Scarlett) but somehow the world of YA books had convinced me that it would be a trilogy. So, I have to say I was surprised to realize I will have to wait for the ending. Enjoying the series is worth the wait I suppose.....
In elementary literacy we often teach the fractured fairy tales and they are fun for middle/high as well. Would love to see a creative writing unit involving books like The Lunar Chronicles and twists on other fairy tales or students own life tales. How cool if they could also use 3-D design to create the world of their tale.....?
